For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For international orders, the minimum order Value is ₹ 10,000/- plus applicable international shipping charges. International orders will be dispatched within 21 working days from the date of order.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. The minimum order value for Free deliveries on all prepaid orders within India is ₹ 1555/-. We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are shipped within 10 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, whichever is later. During holidays, special occasions, or government restrictions, delivery may take longer.

SOULVYOM RESEARCH LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

If the package appears tampered with, kindly refrain from accepting it. Additionally, please record a video while unpacking your order to report any damage or missing items.

Notes

• International orders incur shipping charges of ₹ 6500/- for parcels up to 1 KG volumetric weight.
• For parcels exceeding 1 KG volumetric weight, please contact [email protected] for shipping charges.
• Any customs duties or VAT imposed in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please provide your complete delivery address, along with your phone number and email.
• Taxes may be applicable for deliveries within India.
