At Soulvyom, we carefully handcraft each product with intention, and we ensure that every package is handled with equal care and consciousness from our space to yours. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping – Within India
00ipping Charges:
Orders above ₹2,500 (prepaid) qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders below ₹2,500 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹150 (Liquids may cost extra since they are sent by land transport).
Courier Partners: Blue Dart, India Post (Speed Post), or other reputed courier companies.
Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days after payment.
Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on location.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available at this time.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
💡 Note: Delivery timelines may extend during festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen government restrictions.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries, including the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, UAE, and South Korea.
Minimum Order Value: ₹10,000 (excluding shipping).
Shipping Charges:
Up to 1 kg volumetric weight: Flat ₹6,500
1–5 kg: ₹2,500/kg
5+ kg: Please contact us at abbhinav@soulvyom.com for a custom quote.
Courier Partners: DHL Express, Aramex, India Post International, or equivalent.
Dispatch Timeline: Within 21 working days of confirmed payment.
Estimated Delivery: Between 7–21 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & VAT: Import duties, taxes, and VAT (if applicable) in the destination country are payable by the customer. Please consult your local customs office for details before placing an order.

📦 Packaging & Tampered Deliveries
All products are securely packed. If your parcel appears tampered with, do not accept it. Record a video while unboxing and email it to abbhinav@soulvyom.com within 24 hours for resolution.
📬 Delivery Address & Tracking
Ensure your shipping address is complete, including postal code, phone number, and email.
Once dispatched, we will share your tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
