What Are Bach Flower Remedies?
Bach Flower Remedies are basically extracts of European wildflowers and such, extracted using something called ‘The Sun Method’ and The Boiling Method’. These are thereafter preserved using high proof ethanol (traditionally Brandy). In both the cases, the mixture is the Mother Tincture that is further diluted to make stock bottles. This is further diluted to create the prescribed remedies.

Our Experience with Bach Flower Remedy
In our experience, these flower extracts act wonderfully and quickly but there is a caveat. The practitioner should be able to decipher the underlying emotional cause and the patient should be open about the issues. For example, if indifference is mistakenly diagnosed as indecision, there may not be much improvement even after a complete course.
We have also observed that the therapy works really well with other energy healing modalities like Reiki, Chakra Healing as well as Past Life Regression etc. Charging the prepared vials with Reiki seems to increase the effectiveness of the remedy manifold.
